1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to generatorprice.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Revis-1 LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page to reflect the most recent revision.
2. Description of Services
GeneratorPrice.com is a lead generation platform that connects consumers interested in standby generator installation services with qualified contractors, dealers, and service providers ("Service Partners"). Our Website collects information from users seeking generator installation quotes and related services, and transmits that information to one or more Service Partners who may contact the user to provide quotes, offers, or services.
IMPORTANT:
We are not a generator installer, contractor, electrician, or service provider. We do not install, sell, or service generators. We act solely as an intermediary that facilitates connections between consumers and third-party Service Partners. We do not guarantee that any Service Partner will contact you, provide a quote, or perform any services. Any contract for services is solely between you and the applicable Service Partner.
3. How the Service Works
By submitting your information through any form on the Website, you understand and agree to the following:
- You are requesting to be contacted by one or more Service Partners regarding generator installation or related services.
- Your personal information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, property type, house size, fuel preference, budget range, generator type preference, and project timeline, will be shared with one or more third-party Service Partners.
- Your information may be sold, licensed, or otherwise transferred to multiple Service Partners, lead aggregators, or other third parties who may contact you.
- Service Partners or their agents may contact you by telephone (including autodialed or pre-recorded calls), text message (SMS/MMS), and/or email to discuss your inquiry and provide quotes or offers.
- We may share your information with multiple Service Partners simultaneously or sequentially, meaning you may receive communications from more than one company.
- We earn revenue by selling, licensing, or otherwise transferring the information you provide to third-party Service Partners.
4. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent and Communications
By submitting your telephone number through any form on the Website and checking the consent checkbox, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.059) to the following:
- You consent to receive telephone calls, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or pre-recorded/artificial voice messages, from us and/or our Service Partners, at the telephone number you provided.
- You consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS), including messages sent using automated technology, from us and/or our Service Partners, at the telephone number you provided.
- You consent to receive emails from us and/or our Service Partners at the email address you provided.
- You understand and agree that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- You understand that you may receive communications from multiple Service Partners as a result of your single inquiry.
Revocation of Consent:
You may revoke your consent to receive calls and/or text messages at any time by any reasonable means, including but not limited to: (i) replying STOP to any text message received; (ii) requesting removal during any telephone call; (iii) emailing us at hello@generatorprice.com with the subject line "Opt-Out"; or (iv) calling us at the number listed on the Website. We will process your opt-out request within ten (10) business days. Please note that opting out of communications from us does not automatically opt you out of communications from Service Partners who have already received your information. You must contact each Service Partner directly to opt out of their communications.
Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA) Notice:
In accordance with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, all telephone solicitations to Florida residents will be made only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time. Any violations of this provision may subject the caller to penalties of $500 per violation, or up to $1,500 per willful violation, and you have a private right of action under Florida law.
5. Data Collection and Use
We collect the following categories of information when you use the Website:
Information You Provide:
Name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, property type, house size (square footage), fuel type preference (natural gas, propane, diesel), project timeline, budget range, and generator type preference (whole-home, partial, portable).
Automatically Collected Information:
IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, date and time of visits, and other usage data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
Third-Party Verification Data:
We use third-party consent verification services, including but not limited to TrustedForm (by ActiveProspect) and Jornaya LeadiD, which may collect your IP address, browser information, and a record of your consent interaction. These services create an independent, verifiable record of your consent for compliance purposes.
How We Use Your Information:
We use the information we collect to (i) fulfill your request for quotes and connect you with Service Partners; (ii) sell, license, or transfer your information to Service Partners and lead buyers; (iii) communicate with you regarding your inquiry; (iv) improve our Website and services; (v) comply with legal obligations, including TCPA/FTSA record-keeping requirements; and (vi) detect and prevent fraud.

We retain records of your consent, including timestamps, IP addresses, and the specific consent language displayed to you, for a minimum of five (5) years as required for TCPA compliance documentation.
6. Do-Not-Call Compliance
We maintain and comply with internal do-not-call lists as well as the National Do-Not-Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Do-Not-Call list maintained by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim or action, you agree to first contact us at hello@generatorprice.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
15. Florida-Specific Provisions
As a Florida-based business, the following provisions apply specifically to users located in the State of Florida:
- FDUTPA (Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.): We are committed to fair and transparent business practices as required under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

17. FTC Compliance
In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq.) and the FTC's guidelines on lead generation practices, we disclose the following:
- We are a lead generation company, not a service provider. Our business model is based on collecting consumer inquiries and selling or licensing that information to third-party Service Partners.
- We may receive compensation each time your information is sold or transferred to a Service Partner, regardless of whether you ultimately engage that Service Partner for services.
- The Service Partners who contact you are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or affiliates of Revis-1 LLC.
